Our child is enrolled in a kindergarten and we are delighted with the care and education he is receiving. However, both my wife and I work demanding full-time jobs, with frequent travels and long working hours. The role is to regularly support in his care all year round, outside of the daycare hours but also when he is sick and cannot attend the daycare.
The responsibility is simply considerable and varied, the company will employ an individual who has appropriate training and qualification, high level of English and Spanish is required.
The duties of the individual will vary from sole charge of the child outside of chosen daycare hours, to preparing nutritious home-cooked meals for him, to ultimately acting as a proxy parent when one or both of the parents needs to be away from home due to work commitments. Additionally, the employee will take care of the household, family and meals care.
